How exactly are you entering your food (let me know what steps you are doing to do that)? I wonder if there is a step being missed somehow. Are you using the app or the mobile site? If it's the app, are you using the Android or the iPhone app? Also, are you sure you are entering the same username and password on there as you are on the website?

ok here the scoop I started this about a week ago. I haven't been able to get my food log to stick I can't do anything on my phone. It's like something totally corrupted my account. I'm a totally a newbie at this thing so what i would really like is a human to respond to this post so that we can restart my account and do this life change right.
