If you notice a particular ad(s) loading when that happens, please take a screenshot of the entire window and send that via email to adreport@sparkpeople.com. Our ad team will take a look to see if it is a problem ad that they can fix or remove. Please include a brief description of what is happening and let them know what browser(s) you've used, like you did here.

Also, you might try a different browser to see if it is faster there. Generally, Firefox and Google Chrome work well with our site.

Already cleared my cache. I have Edge browser.

Except for having to wait f-o-r-e-v-e-r for all of the ads to s-l-o-w-l-y load between each food I'd add, I did NOT have THIS problem 2 days ago (bouncing out of the Search page when I click on a food, or try to change meal).

If more than 1 user is having problems, maybe the issue is not in our computers.

Hello,

I'm sorry you are seeing those issues. The first thing to do is clear the cache and cookies from your browser. That should eliminate most, if not all, of those issues. If you need help with how to do that, please see this FAQ:

Also, what browser do you use? Our site generally works best with Firefox or Google Chrome.

It is taking me two to three hours to track my meals. It keeps telling me that sparkpeople has stopped working. I have to start it again. I log a couple more items and it does it again. Also on my spark team virtual weigh in, I am doing the daily weigh in for 2018. It will not let me copy and paste anymore. So I am way down on the list and can't get it moved up when I add my next date and weigh in. Will have to find another site to log food if I can't get this fixed. I can't spend that much time on the computer.
