Thank you for your advice. I tried it.

I am using a decent laptop that I have serviced once a year. Although it is time again. Anyway, I cleared the caches and browsing history and rebooted and the two threads are still not showing or scrambling posts.

However, I did start another thread called "Currupted Threads" from my computer last night and it is working fine.

Another leader started the May and June chat threads.

I use an IPAD and only have this problem on the RV Enthusiasts thread. I regularly clear my history, including cache and cookies. It started the evening of June 3. Very difficult to believe it’s my device since my other team threads are working fine.

It would be helpful if Spark would check this out. Thank you.

I am leader of the RV Enthusiasts and everyone in our team is complaining of the same problem. Our posts are way over to the right and if you are using some devices that don't have the capability of scrolling way over, they can not,read them.

I have tried refreshing the page plus I have cleared my cache and cookies and I still have the problem.

If you click to refresh the page and clear your cache and cookies on your computer, that should fix it.

I tried to e-mail for tech assist but have not heard back. The threads on Lost a Loved One Team are scrambling or blank. Please have one of the tech people check it out. This is a grief support team. It is an older team and has remanined consistently active for over ten years. I wonder if we need to restart a new team.

PS: Both May and June Chat Support threads are corrupted.
