I understand that you are frustrated. I'm frustrated for you that your email provider continues to do this. I asked our tech team to take a look at the email logs for today and for today (5/31/2018) you had 7 attempts from us for you to receive our emails and you had 6 successes of those going through. The one failure is what got your auto opted-out. That code that shows us that is listed as the following:

"failed,5.2.0 (unknown mailbox-related status),smtp;552 5.2.0 Invalid 7bit DATA,mailcluster.MIDCO.NET (24.220.0.240)"

When we receive an error like that, we auto opt people out like you are seeing. Again, that is the message your email provider gave us when we emailed those out to you, so that is happening in relation to the error message from MIDCO.NET.

After at least a month of no problem my emails gone twice in 2 days. It is ridiculous to pass the problem off as my email provider doesn't recognize me after years on here. No need to answer. emoticon I am not the only one.
