You can log your exercise up to 7 days ahead of time, so you can go ahead and track, then either just look at each day for what you scheduled in your tracker OR you can click on the button below the tracker for Print Tracked Exercises after you have logged those workouts and you will have a printout of what you have scheduled.

Is there a way to set up a workout schedule that would enable me to see what workout i would be doing on a particular day? As in...cardio Mon, strength Tues, cardio Wed and thurs...etc? It would be nice to log in in the morning and see what I'm going to be doing.
