They do not automatically adjust, so we recommend for every 10-15 pounds lost that you update your weight goal page so that your nutrition goals are up-to-date. To do that, go to your start page, roll your mouse over the Edit Goals button and click on Weight. Make sure all info on that page is correct/current, then click the button to save it. Even if you don't make any changes, you will need to click the save button. Clicking that is what triggers the site to update your nutrition goals based on your current weight info.

Hope that helps!

Do the nutrition goals automatically adjust when you lose weight to lower your calorie and other nutrient goals or do you have to do something to kick that off ? If it is automatic at what point does it do that ? I want to be sure I'm not eating more than I should to continue to have good success. Any input it GREATLY appreciated! Thank you !
