It looks like you have rejected some of the permissions that are needed. Please go to your Fitness Tracker page, click on the button connect devices/apps, then click the reauthorize button next to Fitbit. Make sure you allow for all permissions and that your Fitbit account info is correct and confirm the reauthorization and that should reset it so you can get your data to sync.

There isn't an option to choose number of steps when an entry is added to your fitness tracker. The reason is that the tracker needs to know your speed and time to calculate the calories burned, not steps. Sorry about that!

I started SP on 4/13. Fitbit Flex only synched once on 4/18. I only had the Fitbit app on my iPhone so I have now downloaded the app to my desktop Windows 10 and have ordered a Fitbit Dongle. I am hoping then it will start synching. I entered steps manually yesterday but had to set up a Custom Exercise in order to do it. When you try to enter steps manually, the choices are all in MPH, which doesn't help if you are only tracking steps, not speed of walking.
Is there an option in the Fitness tracker to choose "number of steps" without having to set up a Custom Exercise?
