Did you track exercise today? If you did, that's why your range went up. You can turn off the communication between your fitness and nutrition tracker so that your calorie range is based on a calories burned goal and not what you've actually tracked. Let me know if you'd like instructions on how to do that.

I have just signed up today....and I am loving it!!!

When I entered my information my goal calories for the day that was given was 1550-1900 total calories a day however at the bottom of my daily goal is 2,618 - 2,968.

Gone into edit Nutrition Goals and for my calorie goal it has 1550-1900 How can I fix this so that my daily goal number is 1550-1900 and 2,618 - 2,968.

What browser are you currently using? Do you reset your goals through the app or full site?

I did not reset my goal start date, since January I think it was. And I have just checked again this morning, and all my macros have reverted to site suggested, not my entries. This is really annoying. Hope you can help stop it.

Using different devices to access the site wouldn't cause that to happen. Did you recently change anything about your fitness goals? It looks like you reset your goal start date to 4/5 recently. Has it changed again after that?

I did change my weight goal once, a few weeks ago, but that was only one time. The only other thing I can think of is that I use the site on different computers and sometimes on my tablet. Could it be this do you think? Maybe not logging out each time?

Do you notice anything specific you've done on the site before they change?

Hi Jen,

I appreciate the answer but it's not what has been happening, I hadn't changed any of my weight etc goals and the nutrition macros have now reset themselves five times in total.

They will stay in the ranges you set until you go in and change something else about your goals (weight goal, target date for weight loss, etc.) When you do that, they go back to our recommended ranges and you have to set them again. Sorry about that.

Hi, I am eating Keto, and have entered the required macros in the nutrition goals, but they keep changing back, to some site standard I assume. Please look into this and advise how to stop it reverting or fix it if it is a site issue. Thanks in advance, Vicki :)
