I got it now. Basically I had to change the plan and not include Type II. Many of your plans are friendly for Diabetics anyway. He has kept his sugar under better control, now we are concentrating on helping on losing weight. Now if we will listen.

Thank you but I didn't find any check boxes. I think maybe because this is a plan for diabetics, maybe that option is not available.

You can customize some meal plan settings like no fish, vegetarian, no pork, etc. but you can't click on specific foods to eliminate. To customize with the ones that are available, click on Edit Nutrition Goals at the bottom of your Nutrition Tracker under Tools and Settings and you'll find the checkboxes there.

Hope that helps,

Isn't there a way to eliminate certain foods from the meal plan rather than manually doing it? I used Sparkpeople in the past (loved it by the way) and I thought there was a way to click on food that you did not want in the plans.

I am setting this up for my husband who is type II diabetic. He is allergic to certain food such as seafood (he can tolerate tuna) and ham. Plus there are certain veggies he doesn't like as well.

If this option is available, please send me in the right way. If this doesn't exist, it would make things easier to setting up the plans.
