Hi,

You are not missing anything--the step counter in the app is view only. You will need to enter your step using the website at this time. I know that has been requested for future enhancement; but, I don't know when that might be added. Sorry I didn't think to mention that to you in my previous post.

Hi,

Sorry, Samsung watch is not one that can be connected to SparkPeople.

If you have the step tracker set up on your account it should also display in the app. It will be on the Log page. Scroll down just below the food log and there should be an "Exercise" banner that displays your current step count and goal. Hopefully, you will see it there. If not, you might check to be sure you have the latest version of our app installed.

About Premium: Yes, it removes ads on the website and in our app, along with providing additional features.

Hope this helps! Let me know if you need additional help.

Hi
Can anyone tell me if I can connect with my Samsung watch to track my steps. Also, my Spark step tracker does not show up on my phone app, is that a premium? (it only shows on the website)

Last tech question - if I upgrade to premium will all these annoying ads go away on the phone app & website??????
