Hi,

I just wanted to let you know that it does seem that the automatic syncing of your Fitbit data is what kept your login streak active. If you happen to take a break in the future, you might want to disconnect Fitbit from SparkPeople to avoid that.

Actually, that was super-annoying. It reset the how many logins/how many days number, but it keep my longest streak (last year and not true) and worst yet, it kept the 61 day streak it thinks I have.

(Not annoyed at you, but at how the site's program works.)

Thank you for telling me how to reset it. emoticon

Hi,

You can reset your login streak by going to your SparkStreaks page ( www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/streaks.asp ) and clicking the "reset" link for the login streak.

If you have not used the app nor website, it may be the automatic syncing of your Fitbit that is keeping the streak going; but, I am not completely sure. I will check with our tech team and let you know when I hear back from them.

But I haven't even used the app most days, and hadn't been on the website in months...I have not been a regular around here for the past 5 years.

The only thing that it could be is that 1) I do have the app installed (and admittedly have notifications set to remind me to track food), or 2) my Fitbit is connected to SparkPeople.

It would be nice if I had to at least open the app (or a webpage) for the streak to count it. Or, it could change to only counting if you spin the wheel...but as is, it's misleading.

Ultimately, I'd at least like to know how to reset ONLY that streak (not everything on SP).

Hi,

The Login streak and related trophy only requires that you log into your account each day; you do not have to actually spin the wheel. Sorry for any confusion on that.

I've been getting this awhile now (I have deleted the trophies)...but I haven't spun the wheel in months, and nothing close to a streak. Is this triggered from my Fitbit linked here?

(I'm now trying to start back and would appreciate a "day 1" instead of the "60 day streak" I supposedly have.)
