Yes, I_ROBOT, you figured it out correctly. You can always track ALL your fitness even if more than 120 minutes per day, and that will remain in your fitness info. It is just some publicly shared areas (like the team and individual leaderboards) where we use the 120 minute daily limit.

Keep up the good workouts!

Spark_Merle ,

Okay, thanks for the feedback.

However, if I walk for 121 minutes, I only get points for 120, is that correct?
But, what about my personal data? I have logged 121 or more minutes. Does that stay in my log?

Well, it must, I see my ticker still climbing and I have seen it log the data after walking for 3 hours.

Again, thanks.

Hi I_ROBOT,

Our system counts your minutes separately from the number of teams you join. The way leaderboards work is that they use the fitness minutes you track in your fitness tracker (up to a max of 120 per day).

Thanks for asking!

That seems like something you could check out yourself with a couple of posting of points. Look at each team's points. Post your points. Look again.

I have often wondered how someone manages to have half a million points, so you may be onto something.

If I join 2 teams and report my minutes to each team goals, do I collect double the minutes on the leader boards, or is the computer smart enough to only count one set of minutes? Just curious.

I wouldn't think of joing 20 teams just to boost an artifical count to propel me into the lead position, now would I?
