Thank you!! And, so very simple. Glad I asked and now I remember learning cheese has so much salt. Then, how disappointed I was to see the amount of sodium in my turkey breast. emoticon emoticon

PAULA3420 - you can go to your Nutrition Tracker page and click on the button for Today's Full Report (just below your tracker) and that will list all nutrients that you are tracking for each item you tracked.

How can I see details for an item I am tracking in my Daily Nutrition Report? For instance, I want to see what contributed to the sodium for a specific day?
