@CHRISTINARU52 - You have two accounts and Premium is only on the account you signed up for it with. The account you posted here with does not have Premium, but your account with the username of CMAZAN51 does have Premium. So you need to make sure you are signed into your account with your CMAZAN51 username and password to have those Premium features.

Signed up for the premium tracking but it's not coming up on my app and I don't know how to find it. To see where it went. And I can't stop it because I can't find the app and I'm frustrated because this is the only site I can find did I can email for help.

BETHDEC -

You can cancel your Premium subscription by following these instructions:

1. On the Start page, click to "Explore Premium".
2. Near the top of that page, click the link for "Premium Account Settings".
3. Scroll down that page and click the "Cancel Premium" button.
4. Okay any confirmation message you may see.

This will cancel future billings and cancel your subscription at the same time.

@DONNAYOUNG52 - Because you signed up for Premium through the app, that subscription is through Google Play and we don't have access to our Google Play account. You will need to cancel that through Google Play (we can't do that for you). If you aren't sure how to do that, please see this page: support.google.com/googleplay/answer/70184

You'll have to cancel that through the Apple app store. This page has info on how to do that: support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039

If you decide to join Premium again, you may want to consider signing up for that directly on the website rather than the app so it will run through us and you won't have any of the issues you described.

I would like to cancel my Premium Membership. It seems, on your end, that a problem has occurred several times in processing through the iTunes subscription I bought. It shows the payment going through on my iTunes account, so you have always graciously allowed me to keep my subscription. However, I no longer want me iTunes account charged and I cannot seem to figure out through you, or through iTunes, how to cancel it. Please advise.

I closed that account and canceled through pay pal. They will contact Google. I tried to cancel, they make it very hard unless your some computer whiz.

@SLHNA09 - You have a second account with the username of SERENITY57 that has a Premium account and is being paid through Google Play. You will need to cancel your subscription for that account through Google Play to stop being charged (we don't have access to your Google Play account so we can't do that for you). It looks like you did cancel it for your account that you are posting here with, but you do have that other account where those charges are coming from.

I cancelled my subscription 3 months ago and got rid of the app and I just noticed it is still charging my PayPal account. I am really upset about this.

@CAROLJ35 - I have cancelled your Premium account for you and refunded that charge. Depending on how quickly (or slowly) your bank takes to post that refund, it may be a few days before you see it on your end.

I joined Premium, never received anything about it but was charged $4.99. Then thought I opted out of it within the two week trial time. How do I get that $4.99 off my credit card without telling Master Card I am filing a complaint?

Hello!

I am trying to cancel my Premium subscription and I did in the iTunes stores but yet I continue to get billed. There is no longer a Cancel Premium button, it seems.

How do I cancel my subscription and no longer get billed, please?

...not close my account.

I've searched the site and can't find any definitive answer on how to cancel my premium membership.

I joined premium through a browser, not an app. Even so, I checked the app and when I tap on the Premium logo on the home page, then Subscription Status & Settings, I receive the following message: "You are in our monthly plan and have paid through our web site. Login to SparkPeople.com to see details of modify your subscription."

But I'll be darned if I can find that anywhere.
