If you already have the nutrition info, you can just make a manual entry with that info. This page has instructions on how to make a manual entry: www.sparkpeople.com/community/help_answer.
asp?id=23
.

If you don't have the nutrition info, you can enter that into the recipe calculator on SparkRecipes.com. However, if it is a copyrighted recipe, you would need to make sure not to check the box for the shared database. As long as you don't check the box for it to be shared in the shared database, it will only be in your recipe box.

Hope that helps!

How can I add a favorite Pinterest recipe I've eaten this week to my favorite recipes? There doesn't seem to be an option to share it from Pinterest to SparkPeople. But I've noticed other members have pinterest recipes in their recipe boxes.
