There isn't a simple answer, but these tracking tips might help:

My question is how do I get calories from a non-SP video?
In Wednesday's Best of Spark People, there was video from guest blogger, Jessica Smith. The title of it is, Mile Upper Body Circuit Walk. I did the video and it is a great workout, but now how do I find out how many calories I burned.
On the SP videos we can put it right on the Fitness Tracker along with the calories burned, but with these kind we have no idea what the calories burned are.
Is there any way to figure it out? Thanks for any help you can give me.

If you mean calories burned through exercise, click the "manually enter calories burned" link right under the search button on your fitness tracker and you can add that info there.

Hope that helps,

How do I enter just calories burned? I got a heart rate monitor and want to use that instead of just entering minutes and spark calculates for you
