Hello BBENNETT,
Welcome back.
I can tell you for sure that my heartburn and acid reflex went away when I stopped eating and snacking after 6 PM. Sleep got better too.
For snacks, I use nuts, oranges, apples, radishes, and even raw broccoli.
Small changes in eating habits reap huge rewards.
We are all on the same journey to get fit and stay healthy.
And it never ends because we are at war with the food industry.
