Wow... here we are in June....

I have been working on my teams... and OOOPS ... I forgot about
my community Journal... soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

I think I will post here with my Monthy goals from now on... so ..

emoticon My Goals for June....

1. Continue to work on Relationships with Family / Friends

2. Continue to stay on track nutrition / exercisse

3. Continue the IF & LOW CARBs (ketosis) diets

4. Keep up house & yard work

5. CRAFTing....... beading ..... photography..... Painting?

Hoping To reach 160 lbs by the end of month ...I will continue
the low Carb diet (ketosis) until I reach my goal of 140s......
I am thinking I will continue the IF diet as a LIFEstyle.....
(it seems to help my digestive System)

I would love to be solid in 150s for INDEPENDENCE Day

This weeks goals are....... May 6-12

1. Stay on track with Nutrition... (IF & KETO)
2. Stay on Track with Physical activities (Walking & MOVE that body)
3. Call my loved ones.... (nuture relationships)
4. Get organized and back to beading / Crafting (creating)
5. Make time for some FUN

*looking forward to paint nite with my son... Wednesday 9th
& Saturday DH & I are going to movies as my Mothers day outing

3. Daily Comp Stuff (SPARKing)
4. Basic Chores

7. Nightime Prayer/Meditation
