I have been researching, reading, asking others for advise and even watching documentary online and I have came to the conclusion that you are going to have to get something that works for you. Start out slow, Have a cheat day. Don't beat yourself up if you eat something bad. Just eat it, enjoy it then move on. You craving it and you can't shake it, then eat it, allow for it, then move on to the next. I didn't get day over night I'm not going to lost it over night. This is my intake for the day. Keep doing what you are doing and keep pushing.
