Simple...The closer to the natural state of a food is the cleaner and healthier it is. Simple: the fewer ingredients on a package, the closer it is to being clean Simple: love yourself and everything follows.

Going to kep this simple. Eat better and healthier, drink more water (64-128 ozs a day), and exercise.
1 Eat better and healtier, no food is off limits. Try not to eat after 7pm. 2 Drink 64-128 ozs of water a day. Less cokes and diet cokes. 3. Workout. Walking, planks, squats and weights. 4 Pray, give praise through this. I can't do this with out Him. 5 Try to get 7-8 hours sleep each night. 6 Journal it all.
