I am new. I am motivated to finally take charge of my health and fitness so that I can be around as long as possible for my granddaughter.

This is Saturday and this coming Wednesday I am booked for a colonoscopy. Not excited about that, of course, but need to make sure things are ok. Having some intestinal issues for the last couple of years and getting really tired of it. I have a feeling it is a food allergy or a digestive issue so this is what the next step is. I have been taking probiotics for a few months and I think things are a little better but still not normal.

I know, this is a lot to share on a first post, lol, so sorry. But this is where I am right now and part of the push to join a group. I used to use DIETTALK but they closed down. I was called crazy2 there, just in case some here might know me from there. 👍
I lost 20 pounds in 2017 and have maintained that so far. But better weather is coming and I want more energy to have fun with my sweet 5 yr old granddaughter.
