I have gotten lax (not to mention older) and find my weight has crept back up to an uncomfortable level.
I always benefit from kicking off things with a liquid fast - and today is day one.
Going to try to post my intake and weight here daily to keep me focused and moving forward
Intake so far today - lots of Diet Dr. Pepper, water, and a pot of coffee with Splenda and powdered creamer.
I don't keep close track of the exact amount of my liquids because I am always drinking something.
I plan to follow this plan for at least a few days until my appetite has calmed the heck down! I have been eating the wrong foods lately (and way too much of them). Fasting for a while gets me back in the right mindset to where I actually APPRECIATE some vegetables and lean protein instead of scarfing breads and cheeses.
