Started a SparkTeam today called Low Carb Lifeboat! 1 member (me) so far, lol.

Thought I'd be a good neighbor and snowblow the sidewalks, got to the end of my street and the darn think conked out on me. Had to push the monster back to my house, trying to determine what's wrong with it. Argh!! emoticon

.... blower is fixed and my house and 2 neighbors are done, and so am I!

30 minutes cardio, 30 minutes on the strength machines. Feelin' strong! emoticon Loving the new Planet Fitness that just opened less than 5 minutes from my house. No more excuses!

I've also been sticking pretty close to my eating plan since my holiday overeating.
