Here it is Jan 1 2018, YAY I'm so blessed to have made it another year. I'm hoping that 2018 will be full of blessing for everyone.

I have started this day off being lazy, it's so cold outside and I have to go back to work tomorrow so I decided to be lazy and rest. I'm going to start my working out tomorrow I was going today but you know everyone starts today so I wanted to be a tad bit fifferent anf not start this journey until the 2nd.

My goals for this month is...
1. lose 1-2 lbs.
2. exercise 4-5 days a week. Tues and Fris off.
3. make better eating choices.
Each month I"m going to be sitting goal for that month. Might keep the ones from the month before or add to them.

I'm going to keep it a simple for now.

Then new year is almost here. Time to start out new and fresh. I'm changing my game plan a tad bit. I'm going to start taking it one day at a time and one month at a time. I'm going to sit out and make goals as I go. Example For the month of Jan I'm starting out new and fresh. I'm going to watch my eating, porrtion controll and serving size and exercising no less than 30 minutes, 4-5 days a week. One pound a week goal.

That's about it for now.

Today I weighed in I weigh 237 that's a 4 lbs lost from my heaviest.

Went to my uncle andaunts's house to watch my little cousins open Christmas present like every year for the past 8 years. There were pictures taken and like the last 3-4 years there was a picture of me in it, Seeing it makes me want to do a lot of things like , cry, throw things, blame everything and everybody around me for looking like that. I hate it. I'm mad at myself for looking like that. I know what to do about it but I have yet do it.
I'm not lazy, I'm just tired, when I get homw from work I don't want to do anything, I did have blood work and it came back my cholestor is high and my vitamin D was low it was 14.5 on a scale of 30-100. I just want to feel better more energy to do the things I need to do. I want to start walking on my treadmill again. I want to get this weight off.

I'm starting this game plan on Dec 26 201, I'm waiting until after Christmas to ahange things and I'm not waiting to Jan 1 2018 either.

My food problems are fast foods , junk food and sweets/sugar. Im going to spend the next few days working on a visual aid to help me, I have a binder to put together and track things so maybe it will help me.
My game plan right now is to enjoy Christmas eve and Christmas day and then start freash on the 26th.
So to the ones that do read me post I want to wish you a MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

I had blood work done this past Saturday and they called and said that the dr wanted to do a follow up. I ask them if something bad showed up and they said that my cholesterol is high. Now I got to get this weight off and get healthy. I eat all the wrong stuff. Fast food, sweets, processed food. I'm a walking billboard on what not to eat.

I hope that is the only thing that was wrong with me.

My game plans is simple.
1. workout on Mon-Wed-Thur-Sat-Sun Right now Tues and Fris are going to be my off days, After Feburary they might change.

2. Eat halthier, Make better eating choices. Portion control-serving size.

3. Drink 64-128 ozs of water. Less Cokes and Diet cokes

4. Watch sugar and carbs.

5. Sleep 6-8 hours a night.

6. Journal food ate, water drank, workouts,thoughts, ideas, quotes, etc.

7.Reward my self but not with food.

No food are off limits, just cutting back on the bad stuff. if I cut them out all together I will want them even more and I will eat everything in sight.

That about sums up my game plan, my game can change at anytime, if something is not working or if something needs to be adjusted. I guess that's enough for now so Starting Monday GAME IS ON!!!
