I find looking forward to loosing weight can be discouraging if you go by the scale. I stopped weighing in each week, I now weigh in every two or three weeks and I find it more encouraging . I have been working out since Sept.1/2017 today is Nov 7/2017 I have only lost four pounds. I have six more to loose. I feel great my clothes are loose and I have lost inches . To me this is a better way to reach my goal without getting frustrated.
