After knee surgery your best friend is your PT person. They may start your sessions with a couple of minutes on the treadmill just to loosen you up.

There is no such thing as the final success in life. What is really meaningful is the courage to face the next minute, the next hour, the next day.

It sounds like you had your indulgence, enjoyed it and are getting back on track. The key isn't to never indulge, it is to get back on track when you do indulge. You're doing great!

I had an urge for the past week for a Nations Burger. It's so unhealthy. I also wanted a chocolate shake and pie and fries. I gave in yesterday and had a cheeseburger and the pie. I feel guilty and super duper bloated this morning. It tasted great but I'm paying for it now. I think I felt better when I had cut back on my meat intake. I want another burger, but this time I want to make a black bean burger. emoticon
