I am in my last semester of my undergraduate program. I am currently working two full time jobs (one internship the other regular employment). I also have a child and a SO to make time for. My exercise program has been lacking since the start of the semester. I'm still exercising, but have not been consistently getting in my 5 cardio sessions.
My goal for the next 30 days is to get back on track with my exercise by getting in 5 cardio sessions a week.
