In July I weighed in at 222, last year I got down to 206 but lost interest and gained weight up to 224.
I started a Vegan diet in July and in august lost 14 lbs. I started running a couple weeks ago and ran three miles this Tuesday.
In 2015 I was down too 200lbs
The challenge is getting below the 200lbs mark.
Getting to. 180 will put me in overweight class instead of obese.
I'm hoping to get my high cholesterol meds dropped completely and possibly my thyroid meds as well.
I'm trying hard to do this.

My Vision Statement: To get off of my medications; Cholesterol statin, Hypothyroid levothyroxine,after effects from statin is hitting my quads and sharp pain in knees, to finish a marathon and too get at my healthy weight at 146lbs, so I can look better and do more things; to be able to work more active jobs, run a marathon, wear better clothes- more of a variety and feel better. To have more energy and get rid of my sleep apnea. I am feeling more energetic and sleeping better.
