Making small daily goals can lead to big results down the road - whether it is weight related or just getting things done. Come join me and let's make today a productive one!

Positive words: ENERGETIC and EFFECTIVE

Had an okay day yesterday. Nice lunch with my friend - ate more than I needed and then came home to beef stew and biscuits.

Goals for today are:

1. Write every bite, walk for 20 minutes, 64 oz water
2. WW meeting and weigh in. Will lose a little I think - would have been more had I not eaten so much yesterday!
3. Wash and vacuum car - if it rains, work in the sewing room
