Making small daily goals can lead to big results down the road - whether it is weight related or just getting things done. Come join me and let's make today a productive one!

Didn't make it to the gym yesterday with everything else that was going on - will go today instead. Rest of day went as planned~

Goals for today are:

1. Write every bite, gym, 64 oz of water
2. Vacuum and dust
3. Get downstairs and continue cleaning file drawers - purge and organize!

Positive words for today: INSPIRED and CHEERFUL
