Making small daily goals can lead to big results down the road - whether it is weight related or just getting things done. Come join me and let's make today a productive one!
Had a good day yesterday. Weather was perfect for hanging out sheets, whites and some of my dark clothes. A light breeze helped them dry nicely. Going up and down the steps and then walking to the lines, bending and stretching helped me get in my steps and exercise too!

Goals for today are:

1. Write every bite, walk, 64 oz water
2. WW meeting and weigh-in. Think I will see a gain this week (or at least according to my scale). I haven't been as careful as I should be on my selections and portions, so I will do the walk of shame today I'm afraid!
3. Pay bills and do the filing. Hard to believe we are beginning August already!
