What a beautiful day we had yesterday. Left here around 7:30 and got back around 5:30. Made 450 on our little ride - made it to the restaurant for lunch just before NOON. Ate more points that I thought, and then came home and had strawberry shortcake for DS's birthday! Today I will get back on plant and drink lots of water to help flush out all those points!

Goals for today are:

1. Write every bite, gym, 64 oz (or more) of water
2. Laundry
3. Mow side of house that DH didn't get to the other day

Thought for the day: Dream, Plan, Do

Positive words for today: BRAVE and BOLD
