Good Morning!

Did a lot of cooking and baking yesterday. Made all of sons favorite foods for his birthday; which is today. It's always a good day when I can spend a day in the kitchen! Did get downstairs and worked on another file drawer.....slowly but surely I am getting them cleaned out.

Goals for today are:

1. Write every bite, off day on exercising, 64 oz of water
2. Motorcycle ride to Clayton, GA and the Rusty Bike Cafe for lunch
3. Enjoy the sunshine and cooler temps today -- it will be warming back up toward the middle of the week.

Thought for the day: Fog can be dangerous; especially when it is mental
