Making small daily goals can lead to big results down the road - whether it is weight related or just getting things done. Come join me and let's make today a productive one! ------------ Didn't make it downstairs yesterday, but will today. I decided to wash the sheets in the guest bedroom and give that room a thorough cleaning since DGS went back home on Tuesday. Did clean out several kitchen cabinets and did some rearranging there....still more to do!
Goals for today are:
1. Write every bite, gym, 64 oz of water (need to pay more attention to the water - noticed the last couple of days I haven't been getting in as much as I should) 2. Get downstairs and get at those files! 3. Continue on kitchen cabinets - 1 or 2 a day will get them done
Thought for the day: Choose not to settle. Know that it is never to late to accomplish everything you want.
