Didn't make it to the gym yesterday. Ended up with a migraine headache around NOON. I did, however, go down and walk on the treadmill. I also brought up my weighted hula hoops and worked with them for a bit. It wasn't quite as easy as when I was a kid - and I didn't have the hips back then that I do now....maybe that is the problem! Also did 30 sit ups. I did get the laundry done and refrigerator cleaned out so I had a good day in spite of my headache.
Goals for today are:
1. Write every bite, walk, 64 oz of water 2. WW weigh in (won't be able to stay for the meeting, but have to get weighed) 3. Take main computer to Best Buy (10 AM app't with the Geek Squad) to see what is it's problem 4. Go to COSTCO for monthly shopping trip
