It sounded as though we might have gotten some rain during the night. The thunder woke me up. Hoping that it will cool things off a bit - yesterday the temps hit 96 degrees!
We went to IHOP after church for lunch. I had looked up the pts/cals before we left and had decided exactly what I would be ordering, pre-tracked everything .....and stuck to that. DH's pancakes covered with maple syrup looked awfully good though! Had plenty to fill me up and keep me satisfied for the rest of the day
Goals for today are:
1. Write every bite, gym, 64 oz of water
3. Clean refrigerator - making a trip to COSTCO this week and want it all nice and clean for the fruit and veggies that I will be purchasing!
