Good Morning!

Went to WW meeting yesterday morning (lost 0.8 lbs!) Came home and worked on our DS's scrapbook most of the day. DH asked if I wanted to go with him to pick up the program to upgrade his computer to Windows 10 so I rode along. He even took me out to dinner so I wouldn't have to cook! Came home and worked until about 7:45 on the scrapbook and then decided it was time to quit for the day and clean up my mess! Very hot out so didn't venture out to work in the yard - won't today either as we are starting out with a temp of 78 degrees!

Goals for today are:

1. Write every bite, no exercise today, 64 oz water
2. Church and probably eat out
3. Read and relax this afternoon - have an e-book on Mindfulness that I want to start reading.

Thought for the day: Be not afraid of going slowly; be afraid of standing still!
