I had a productive day yesterday - got my tile floors wiped up, DH did the vacuuming so I cleaned the wood floors, cleaned the bathrooms, did a couple of loads of laundry....and made it to the gym in the afternoon!
Goals for today are:
1. Write every bite, walk (treadmill), 64 oz of water 2. WW meeting and weigh in first thing this morning 3. Work on DS's scrapbook - he works at his job with the fire station today so I can spread everything out on the table and not have to worry about him walking in.
Thought for the day: Suck it up now ---- so later you won't have to suck it in later
