Making small daily goals can lead to big results down the road - whether it is weight related or just getting things done. Come join me and lets make today a productive day!
Good Morning!

I decided to work at getting the pictures of my good jewelry organized, in a picture album; with prices that I paid for each piece, the sentimental value (if any) and the appraised value. My sister left a mess when she died because her husband had no idea what was the good jewelry and what was not. And, she had much more jewelry than I do. I was determined not to leave it up to the kids to decide what was good and what wasn't! Spent most of the day on that - the good news was that I was so busy that I didn't have time to think about food! emoticon

Goals for today are:

1. Write every bite, walk (2 miles), 64 oz of water
2. Laundry - have to strip the beds in the guest rooms as we have friends stopping by on their way back to WI tonight.
3. Look up some recipes for dinner tonight and breakfast tomorrow morning and get those made ahead of time so I can just pop them in the oven.

Thought for the day: Don't quit - Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion!
