Used my Walk Away the Pounds video Did 2 miles, Felt good. I haven't done any walking much here lately, I have missed it.

I'm so struggling, I have gain back to where I started from 240 lbs. I'm having problems that I haven't had before. My ankles are swelling, found out I have a fatty liver. belly seems to be getting bigger. I get out of breath more walking up steps and bending over. I got to take control over my health before it's to late.
Tomorrow is Friday and I'm starting then. Watching what I eat, exercising and drinking more water. Cutting back on cokes and diet cokes. Cutting back on sugary sweets. and fast food make better choices when I eat out. Lower my carbs and sugar intake. My health has really got me worried. I'm putting the brakes on being unhealthy.

I lost 3 pounds but some how I found 2 of them. I will do better this week. I just got done with Just walk 2 mile power express video by Leslie Sansone.

I had a calcium scan about 2 weeks ago and everything looked good except I have a fatty liver. Now I'm researching about it trying to reverse it.

Starting weight 240 Current weight 237 YAY ME!!!! -3 pound loss this week.

Just did walk away the pounds. Walk it off in 30 days. day 1. This was one of my mother day gift I got to pick out what I wanted. It was only 30 minutes but it got my heart rate up and I'm sweating like crazy.

I have gained about 6 pounds seems like the story of my life and I need to rewrite it. I'm the worst one out there I can't start a diet it never happens. I do a lot of talk but no do.I can ever give up and throw in the towel or I can use it to wipe the sweat off, so I guess I will stop typing and start sweating.
