So I finish my cleanse and was able to lose thirteen pounds but gain half of it back before my July 1st goal date. And I also finish Leslie Sansone's The Great Walk Challenge: 100 miles in 100 days emoticon emoticon which was emoticon

During the months I've been away, not recording here, I been being accountable to my support group via email that originally started with me and my friend that I did the cleanse with, but she ask that we continue emailing each other. So, then I invited another friend because she needed support and we were seeing progress. That lead to more people being added, including my Mom.
So since I've been doing that I've been seeing improvements. I was off for 31 days in July and read Thin Within which help me get some things with GOD, eating, etc in its proper place. I am 4 pounds down emoticon emoticon. My goal is to still lose 20 lbs but I'm not doing deadlines anymore emoticon I have 16 more pounds to lose then I will focus on another 20 lbs. Tomorrow is my weigh-in day so I'll see how I did this week emoticon Ttemoticonl emoticon for now!

19 days left until my goal date! It's been a long time since I wrote but I've been working really hard to reach my goal by July 1st. I've been walking every day and I joined a gym (Life Time Fitness). I'm doing a cleanse that has really helped me a lot to drink more water and eat more fruit and veggies. Today is day 8 on my cleanse & Day 69 on THE GREAT WALK CHALLENGE: 100 miles in 100 days (Leslie Sansone)!!! emoticon for now and emoticon

63 days left and discovered today that rainy days don't stop me!!! I did a 40 minutes walking up/down the stairs to get my mile in today emoticon emoticon 4 u & me! emoticon & emoticon
I'm also gonna get some cleaning done as I am doing a cleaning challenge too. This week have to do a little cleaning in the kitchen and start working on the living room

Happy Friday!!! Well just finished my mile for today. Did a Jessica Smith walk and she kinda kicked my butt. Lol Also did a 4 minute arm video off Youtube which I think I may keep doing since it's summer and the humidity here in NC gets out of control!!!

Well have a fabulous day and stay on track. I know I am as I weigh in on Wednesday.

Me too! I try to get my steps and mile in before I go home. I try to stand and move around instead of being chain to my seat but today i'm unable. So I scheduled a Leslie video session which I am excited about... haven't done one in a while!

I like doing her videos because I feel like I get an all over workout (depending on the video) where as the treadmill I just walk because if I was to try and do something else it would end in a disaster. Lol

Can do it at work too (when no customers are around). :)

Having reached above 50s temps for several weeks (even close to 80s) today is definitely a Walk-at-Home video kind of day. My hands, face and ears are too cold! Had a emoticon but the hus broke it but I love doing Leslie's videos so this is a good thing!!!

Today I have 65 days until July 1st!!! So what have I done while I wasn't writing/typing, I did 2,000 Monthly Fitness minutes for April 2017! WooHoo! My tracker and doing Leslie Sansone Great Walk Challenge has gotten me right back on the ball of daily fitness activity. Next on my list: Zumba and some regular turn on Slacker and just dance emoticon emoticon back to working towards my goal emoticon emoticon

Naw your post wasn't crazy...I'm glad u ask because it gave me a chance to share :) and I also do multiple things at the same time to like as I am typing this, I'm taking a walk while i'm on my 15 min break which helps me get rid of the brain fog lol.

Last year I reached Onederland (I like that btw)!!! I haven't weight myself since my DietBet weight-in 4/18/17, but I usually do the scale weekly and hopefully I'll be able to do it twice a month as I progress. I'm confident that Onederland is in my future very soon. emoticon emoticon

I love her videos too. I came across her workout on Netflix. I now have four of her DVDs: 3 cardio/in-house walking and a full-body strength training workout!!!

She's the best emoticon her workouts are very encouraging and enjoyable, too!

The challenge is doing the same for me too. My goal within that is to do 1 mile a day so I walk during my breaks at work and record the total number of miles I did as recorded by my Misfit Shine 2 activity tracker.
For the most part, I've been doing good with that but if I miss a day (usually on the weekend-Saturday) I use the next day to walk an extra mile which is good for endurance. I'm almost at 100. Excited about the challenge and the difference it is making now and beyond :)

What a great goal. I am doing the walk challenge too. Mainly to start a routine of exercising everyday. Of course losing weight as well. Good Luck and I am sure you will reach your goal in no time.

So I set a goal to lose twenty pounds a while ago by July 1st.
At that time (4/18/17), I was at 206 so recording that as my starting weight.

I'm doing a challenge by the Walk at Home lady, Leslie Sansone's called The Great Walk Challenge: 100 miles in 100 days (TGWC)! Today is Day 21. And speaking of days, in this community journal for losing twenty pounds, I'm not gonna label each entry as "Day 1" like in TGWC. Instead I am going to do it in "Days left" like a countdown to help get my mind focused on doing something everyday and not distracted by the act of recording all the time which has overwhelmed me in the past.

July 1st is 67 days away!!!! And that's the amount of time to make some great decisions to reach my goal and most importantly get fit, feel good, feel free, feel unstoppable and strive to do a little bit more each day and beyond.
