Since last post in March I have lost 11 pounds! I have been avoiding "most" sugars and eating lower carb off and on for these six months. I am going to continue posting here to monitor my weight and be accountable to anyone who cares to join me.

Day 4 - a few teaspoons of sugar in coffee and 2 macaroons that were just "mindless" snacking...otherwise no desserts. Weight down.... emoticon

3/6/17 - Day One - A Gift to My Health

Starting right now at 9:34AM EST. Just had about 3 tsp. sugar in coffee but challenging myself to stop all sugar until April 16. That is Easter and will be celebrating my DH birthday with family. My guess is that if I can stay off or at least severely restrict sugar/desserts, that I will not even want to break the challenge in April. emoticon
