Have gone over my calories last couple days....see what being home does ....Lol
Have been cleaning my house for last few days ,sort of a pre-spring cleaning..& not paying attention to time or what I'm eating...
Will be going shopping in few days, working on my list

New Goals for the New Year...!!!!
I have a new planner & will start keeping track of a few things
1) Bilble reading
2) food intake
3) Excercise
Short term goals for now. So put measurements up in couple days..
and keep track of them

Well my weight went down very little. 174 to 170. emoticon
Started the 21 day sweet tooth challenge, ,when I took the test, I found myself finding excuses, or just plain lying to myself about what it is I eat, so I will tracking my intake of foods now, mostly to see my habits, I really do need to be HONEST with myself.. emoticon

Ok so a couple months have gone by.... wow, I have rudely neglecting my diet & exercise... as well as my small blogs....& notes, ...
So a whole new month began yesterday 4/1/217...
I will get back to routine I hope soon... & will fill in what's been going on..later tonight..
You know how it is ...mind forgets things so I need to regroup

Morning, well, a new month begins now !
My hubby & I have friends who are dieting per Dr. Orders, well they are suppose to, well they have already stated they are gonna do what they want no matter what... it's a shame, have tried to introduce the wife to this site, she is unwilling, so is he... watching & listening to our friends has made my hubby & I both have agree we do need to do something about our health ... so now we need to look up possible meal plans with the foods we have in stock & future shopping... any ideas ??? emoticon

Well I'm done with that pity party.... Ok, yep had a bad week but that's over on to the next bad week...Lol. kidding just kidding, granted it has started off rough but I feel it will get better...
As for my eating habits ...they didn't suffer as much as I thought...Had trouble with all the food my hubby was eating.. & He ate alot....& on the sweet side. ..guess I'l have a chat with him again to see if we can get on same page.. emoticon

Well ,I'm back to work, had one of my meetings/ trainings at work yesterday, boy oh boy, here we go again, alot was repeated..so fairly boring, then when I went to work found out we were going to lose a staff member, & that she had alot of orders she had not gotten to..so I get to do them...as well as stay over for a couple hours for another staff member, who may be calling in tomorrow night again... yeeehaw
Fun fun fun ...... my day today is full & now that news..I'm just over joyed & over whelmed... my eating habits are going to suffer... ..this just stinks....... emoticon

Well, I will be off for a few days, my week-end from work, so I will also limit myself from internet & enjoy time with hubby, & being at home...
I have lots to do, so will need to write down meals & any exercise that I do while home mostly in garden & working with goats....
Will be having some meetings this next week . With our Women's group for our Church, & my work staff meetings w/ trainings/refreshers , which will keep me busy ,as well as getting back to my studies... ... it doesn't seem like I do very many things until I write them down, ... emoticon

Well, I joined spark people I think in 2011, & I have been in & out of here , numerous times(unfortunately). Still working on self motivation, so I'm trying again....adding spark people onto my to do list ...at least 2-3Times per week...seems like I have gotten myself into a revolving New year's resolution door, I seem to come on strong for each new year but Peter out after first month or so...
As I looked at my blogs just for 2017, I have already gone into lazy mode & gained weight...so I now have a personal date/to do list book ,which I enjoy..hoping this will help me get better organized...sometimes I feel the older I get the flightier my brain becomes.... emoticon
So on 1/9/17. = after staying inside due to weather, being lazy, for a few daysI gained some weight I went from 166lbs.on1/1/17 to 170lbs.
I am now down to 168 lbs on 1/13/17, eating junk food & cokes
I had read article about setting goals earlier & like the idea, so I am setting a goal to lose 10% of my previous weight of 170, so I am looking to lose 17 lbs in 2 months
I will reset my goal once achieved or in 2 months, but will continue to keep updating this journal at least once a week... emoticon
