virtual mailboxes? computers!!!

walked about 20 min for $. wore new shoes with no brace and almost no pain. having them stretched and softened seems to have satisfied my toes.

had pineapple by neighbor.

thank. got a lot of work done already. don't expect pressure for a few months. worst part is gettiung up. i've stopped tryig to get up earlier when i don't have to. if i'm tired some days, so be it. i do better when i catch up on my sleep when i can.

walking good but you shouldn't have to suffer so much.

try not to neglect your health because of work.

agree. feel guilty when I don't do them. My login streak for Spark is 591 so I usually make sure I log in early in the morning in case i can't get to the computer again that day.

Friend came round, Later spent a lot of time recovering my mail boxes, which had suddenly disappeared.

good you walked. i walked both ways. was painful and i worked hard. can't move when i get home.&

brought home lotsa work for the next few days. hasn't been bad lately.

bad night - pains and skin playing up.

invitation to meet friends but didn't feel i could cope.

put back nearly 1/2 pound. might have been more if I hadn't been prowling around during the night. tempted to have snack but resisted.

not feeling tough. physio so very achy.

sleep, unfortunately, is not something i can rely on. i try to approach it in a positive frame of mind but often my body lets me down. lost my sleep app when i bought new phone so will have to see if i can find and download it again.

doing well!
our weather has been atrocious for the last two days. looks as if the heat may be over now. will sort out alternatives to walking after i've spoken to physio.

have changed my tracker but scales show a lower weight. i won't lower tracker
again until i've remained on a new weight for two weeks without a break

where are you????
lost 1.5 pounds overnight. we're both fluctuating
gave in shoes to be stretched. will have to pick them up on friday. 3 trips!! at least i can walk there.

hope your shoes are OK. Pity you haven't got a store like the one I use where they video your walking.

I need to sort out what, if anything, will fit me for when the cooler weather starts.

glad you walked. i walked early and got wet.

have been checking but all the allergy testing centres are online. You have to send a hair sample and they will return the results of the tests after a couple of weeks. they're not cheap and it would be difficult to find out which one would be best.

sorry you're achy. my bones ache today, too.
lunch at 4: 20 is too late. mine was at 6:00. went shopping. got a pair of shoes to replace my black sneakers that fell apart. hope they will work. cost $170!!! brace goes in. they sort of come with an orthotic. i'm not sure they are not tight or short. she insisted this is my size. i don't want to trigger my old neuroma. leg hurts, but it usually does. she gave me the name of a podiatrist she likes. earned & walking there and back. also tried on some dresses. i need to lose weight for multiple reasons.
skin no good. go to the naturopath if you think it may help. what about allergy testing?
my cold isn't bad. coughed a little and nose running a little. i don't feel bad.
underate, but too little fiber

returning goods is always a problem, even worse when they're from overseas.

you did well and i'm sure the chat was enjoyable.

physio this morning, as usual achy.

then had to check out if there were any more problems i could solve before computer tech came. has lent me modem. if i want i can buy it, if it makes no difference i can return it.

finally had lunch at 4.20, after which i just wanted a cup of tea [caffeine-free] and to meditate.

skin driving me crazy tonight. maybe i should see a naturopath but i'm afraid that if i do s/he will want me to keep returning and take other supplements.

hope your cold doesn't develop.

slight cold. feel ready for bed. probably good idea.
enjoy essential oils. sounds interesting.
day ran away. little work. little laundry, little mail, no real physical exercise, yet.
shoes fell apart last week. must replace them. cannot find online.
got wrong soap delivered from health food store along with expensive supplements. it's a nuisance to return it, but i don't want it.

i was going to exercise and i got a lengthy phone call. my latest botanic walking partner whom i haven't seen in a long time.

then i did a bunch of strength stuff. too lazy to put on my brace and get on my feet. &
and*. i did a bunch of puzzles with the patch (and one without) and one muscle stretching exercise.

hope i manage to send this before computer packs up for umpteenth time.

computer and printer both playing up now.

bought phone - has twice the amount of storage as the old one. snag is it only came on the market very recently and couldn't get case or screen protector. haven't had a chance to look at it since i got home.

much bigger shopping centre than local one so lot of walking.

your printers are annoying.

hope you find a good phone.

slept well. went in late and got up late.

overate today. all good food (nutritious and tasty), but..
a little high on saturated fat (lamb stew) but rest of numbers good except calories. did not work them off, but did some so earned &217. what shall i buy myself?

108* for eyes.treated myself to a few jigsaws without a patch. been a long time...

managed to sort out all problems yesterday but took 4 attempts to boot up this morning and lost all printers again. have managed to get one working as well as wifi so may leave PC on all night.

i can but i want to listen to them relaxing in a comfortable chair, not in front of the PC. have removed nearly all apps etc. from mobile but still can't get emails. decided to buy new 'phone with more GBs next time I go shopping.

my two drives have total of 439 GB so I have quite a lot to play with. Wish it were the same with my smartphone. Found out that only certain things can be put on memory card and I don't have enough space on 'phone memory. To overcome problems have to buy phone with more GBs or remove many of the mp3s I've downloaded.

think snap-ins are are something to do with pdf's but haven't used them.

shopping centre and cardio at home

day when everything seemed to go wrong [see starting over] but grateful it wasn't pc.

sorry about foot. do wish you could fix problem.

bought Hot Cross Bun for ladybird so she's happy..

i've used 60 of 220 GB. cleared up a lot recently when i deleted old restore points.
i went exploring and it started adding snap-in. don't know what it is so i canceled. hope i won't regret it.

you did well. had to stay in for delivery, which didn't arrive, so walked indoors.

Click on This PC, click on C drive, right click, then click on properties. This will show you how much total memory you have, how much you've used and how much you have left. would be interested in knowing your total number of GB.

In "This PC" you can see if you have a C and D drive [i.e. divided] or just C.

OK cardio it is. just walked. not nice out but did it. good, you did well.

should have been out early tomorrow but class cancelled.

good decision. i have no clue if my drive is divided.
i can't imagine you specified where to do cardio.
it's a tough call, sometimes. trust your gut, if it's being honest.
worked at home but did make sure to go out and do some strength. accomplished day. &
gotta get up early tomorrrow. hope i can fall asleep.
don't expect to be able to post on saturday. may not remember to tell you again.

decided not to waste any more time on smartphone. will take it to local office when i go shopping later this week. do you have a divided hard drive? if so, can you move any info from one to the other?

walked early, listening to rain now. hope i said my # was for any cardio as there may soon be times when it is not possible to walk outdoors because of the weather.

it's hard to decide whether it's good or bad to exercise at times.

our feet are so important but so vulnerable.

smartphone is not receiving emails, although wifi and sync are on. also says it will not function properly because i need to download apps but i can't because there isn't enough storage available. so far i haven't been able to transfer anything to my memory card. guess i'll have to waste more time trying to sort it out,

sitting home by computer all day and exercising at night do not seem to be conducive to falliing asleep. i'm tired.

my cleaner never showed cuz of snow.
