That's really great! I haven't had any alcohol since February myself. Sweets... not so much, lol. Sugar is very, very addictive. I'm glad you're having success controlling your diet. emoticon

As you hold on... as long as you do what's in your heart... I believe you can do the right thing.

I completed the No Sweets Challenge. Although I started late and had sweets on Sunday, I was consistent the rest of the week. I didn't drink at my sister's birthday party and that is the FIRST party as an adult where I wasn't pregnant that I didn't drink.

I am really proud of myself.
