It was a stressful 10 days and I still lost 7lbs. I'm proud of myself! I want to be in the 200's by my birthday and I really think I will do it!!

That is so awesome! I, too, have a weakness for some hot chocolate before bed. I just make sure to reserve some calories for it and it's A-okay emoticon Keep it up!

First week done. A few little slips (I just can't give up that hot chocolate before bed), but I have lost 3lbs. MORE IMPORTANTLY I have lost half an inch from my tummy! The notion that I could go back to having a flatter stomach makes me more inclined to continue.


One day at a time.
