@WHITE-GREEN Yes I have, and I absolutely love it! I'm always impressed by how quickly I can move through the water in one of these things. It is absolutely perfect for getting out into the open air and sunshine every day without having to worry about coming into close contact with any other people. And of course, it's a great little workout, too. Gives a nice burn in both the arms and the abs, as long as I row with proper form.

As you hold on... as long as you do what's in your heart... I believe you can do the right thing.

Title says it all. I live on property with a dock and today I just got my new kayak. I'm so looking forward to working kayaking into my daily exercise! I've been doing the same things (kickboxing, dance, stationary bike and treadmill) for awhile now and I think kayaking will bring in some variety and help strengthen and tone my arms. emoticon
