Even though I have been sidelined from my regular exercise routine this past month because of ankle surgery, I have been getting in some chair exercises (from Spark). Not seen as much weight loss this pass month but have loss 2 lbs.

I am taking to heart the "10 minutes a day" fitness - a lot of days it has been just 10 minutes, but lately that seems too easy so I've upped it to 15 minutes. There has even been a couple of days that I really felt good and did 2 15 minute walks. That's when I feel really good.
