I've reached the point that I automatically assume I will exercise at some point during the day when I first get up in the morning. I believe it's become a habit! WooHoo! I either walk outside or do a walking tape (if the weather is bad) on a daily basis. I also do a stretching routine each morning that I really enjoy. I incorporate some strength exercises a few times per week along with Yoga on alternate days.
I can tell I'm getting stronger and more flexible! And it makes me feel really good that I've become much more active than I've been for a long time!
