My company has a gym and wellness coaches. Jeff created a simple workout routine for me using 3 machines and free weights, starting me off with 5 exercises. He told me to use very light weights until my form is correct. He watched me and said I did great and wants me to do it 2 times a week on my lunch break for a while then go up to 3 times a week. I also do the treadmill or elliptical 15 minutes in the morning then again in the afternoon.
