Hi
I am sedentary due to an accident and have to lose another 113# to get surgeries to repair some damage so losing weight has been very hard, til I switched out to lower carbs and higher proteins, which led to cutting out all breads, pastas, grains and even beans like chick peas, pinto beans etc and instead eating a 12 oz bag everyday of steamable low carb veggies like cauliflower and broccoli.
What seems to have sped up my weight loss the passed 2 months was adding chicory root powder to my daily supplements as now I have lost 38# since June ~!

While its not for everybody its helped me a lot so maybe google it and see if it is something that could help you too :)

More Low Carb Low Cal Veggies + Vitamins Minerals Amino Acids s & Chicory Root Powder = Healthier way to lose weight faster while sedentary! So far in 12 months I lost 122#

Went to doctor's today and weighed in [with shoes !] = 268 #

So averaging 1/2 to 1 pound a day loss~!

She said she is going to be recommending Chicory Root Powder to other patients and is very impressed with how fast this weight is coming off and safely.

Congrats on the hard work. I am doing many of the same things as you and am down 25 pounds since mid May. I'm getting more mobile but it is hard and I agree that following a strict diet helps with this. Looking forward to our continued success!

269.4# as of today 8/19

Mar-Jun I began switching from soda to water and watching what I ate
loss 15#

Jun -Now Substituted 12 oz steamable bags of lo carb veggies for junk and eat a bag of veggies every day instead of chips etc

Weaned off bread rolls pastas rice and potatoes= bad for me

Now eating more Lettuce, some Onions, Cucumbers,
Cabbage, Celery, Peppers, Mushrooms, Strawberries,

Plus 5-8 oz daily of chicken or 95% lean hamburger
or
Cold cuts: Roast Beef, Turkey, Lean Ham or Salami

Greek Yogurt alone or as salad dressing or toppings with fruit

Sliced Cheeses: Cheddar, Swiss, American, Mozzarella, Cream Cheese, Provolone

More Eggs, hard boiled, as egg salad, omelettes, or mixed in other foods/salads

DRINKING two 3liter bottles of water every day plain or flavored
Brew my own coffee or teas, use stevia, heavy cream or powdered dry creamer

LOSING WEIGHT 1/2~2# a day since June without going hungry or malnourished.

I am sedentary from an accident so cant exercise but this menu has helped me
I also take vitamins minerals and supplements including Chicory Root Powder

Going low carb and high protein - works
