Hi I am sedentary due to an accident and have to lose another 113# to get surgeries to repair some damage so losing weight has been very hard, til I switched out to lower carbs and higher proteins, which led to cutting out all breads, pastas, grains and even beans like chick peas, pinto beans etc and instead eating a 12 oz bag everyday of steamable low carb veggies like cauliflower and broccoli. What seems to have sped up my weight loss the passed 2 months was adding chicory root powder to my daily supplements as now I have lost 38# since June ~!
While its not for everybody its helped me a lot so maybe google it and see if it is something that could help you too :)

Congrats on the hard work. I am doing many of the same things as you and am down 25 pounds since mid May. I'm getting more mobile but it is hard and I agree that following a strict diet helps with this. Looking forward to our continued success!
